Outcome(s) with PDF Report (like scorecard)

Move to scorecard with pdf report - there should be an outcome for the quiz/questions like a scorecard . These can be designed for an outcome either categories and points like 25% category 1, 75% category 2, 33% category 3. Or a single outcome "You are mostly an Extrovert". I have got ideas for the possible outcome categories but researching the current software will show you the various options.

If the outcomes or answers have conditional display paragraph, then the last page (probably after email capture) would display the outcome or offer to email the outcome. More likely to share /complete if an answer to question or tell them something like "You are a Slytherin".... These paragraphs etc could then be formatted into a single page or document to send a "report" or scorecard analysis - either as lead generation, or information gathering or even i guess for some a paid report or quote based on the questions. The transfer of info to a pdf is done already in similar software like scorecard.app or jotforms I think has pdf output after their forms. Moving on from simply another form /quiz provider once the originality of swipe has been compiled will depend on outputs for the user and I think a scorecard/app with pdf output would be the answer. scoreapp.com is good software.
